Drugs & Alcohol Education: Facilitators Training Course (OCN Level 3)
This interactive Training Course has been designed to equip Caring Professionals and Community Workers with the knowledge and skills to become providers of Drug & Alcohol Education in the community with groups of young people or adults.
The Course provides a knowledge base on the misuse of Drugs and Alcohol and awareness of local advice, support and treatment services. The Course also provides training on how to facilitate Drug & Alcohol Education, including development of lesson plans, and evaluation methods.
This Training Course has been accredited by the Open College Network at Level 3, and comprises 10 training days plus written assignments. All participants who successfully complete this Training Course are awarded an Open College Certificate: Community Drugs Education
