ACET offers a range of Training Courses designed to equip Caring Professionals and Community Workers to provide information and education for their client groups on Sexual Health, Parent/Teen Communication Skills, Mental Health, Drugs & Alcohol.
All ACET Training Courses are designed to promote healthy choices and reduce risk levels and have been approved by the Public Health Agency and accredited by the Open College Network.
Our Training Courses provide creative interactive learning experiences, utilising group based participation and discussion.
Our Training Courses include participant’s pre and post training feedback and have specific learning goals and assessment criteria.
All Training Courses also provide awareness of local advice, support and treatment services.
We recommend you attend the course most relevant to your local area, as we will focus on local services. But if the dates for your local course don’t suit, you are welcome to apply to another that does.
